2023 Community State Youth Championships wrapped up on Friday afternoon after another successful four days of competition
The tournament was abandoned last Tuesday in Tamworth due to heavy rainfall, but it was announced that the competition would resume at lake Macquarie Regional Football.
Northern NSW Football General Manager Football Operations Liam Bentley was thrilled that the competition was able to be continued.
“It is fantastic that we have been able to give teams the opportunity to carry out the State Youth Community Championships at Lake Macquarie for 2023,” Bentley said.
“Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you to all member zones, players and supporters for their cooperation and participation.”
