Indigenous Round

Celebrate and recognise the contributions of First Nations members of our community with Indigenous Round. 

Indigenous Round is happening 30 June – 2 July 2023 coinciding with the national NAIDOC Week. 

With a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion Indigenous Round provides an opportunity to recognise the history, culture, and achievements of First Nations participants. 

Ideas for your club:  

• Engage a First Nations artist to create an Indigenous Round kit 

• Invite local Indigenous Elders to speak or give a Welcome to Country 

• Hold a smoking ceremony 

What is NNSWF doing? 

Indigenous Round coincides with the national NAIDOC Week and a host of NNSWF initiatives including NAIDOC Cup.
